Family medicine (including newborns and pediatric patients)
Board Certified in Family Medicine
I am happy to be a family physician. It gives me the opportunity to partner with my patients to navigate today's complicated healthcare environment.
As a veteran in a military family, I've developed an appreciation for other cultures through my many travels. My family and I have grown in the community since moving to the area, and remain active in tennis, backpacking, skiing, and woodworking.

Reviewed on October 21, 2020 Dr Higginbotham is a professional. He treats me like an adult and has a sense of humor. Honest, kind and caring.
Reviewed on October 12, 2020 We have been patients of Dr. Higginbotham for over 20 years. We stick with him because he's like doctors from the past. He spends time with you, he always explains things & is friendly & remembers our history. He's an amazing doctor & I regret we are moving to the midwest within a year, so, we won't have him as our doctor anymore. :(
Reviewed on October 5, 2020 I absolutely love the care I receive from Dr. Higginbotham.
Reviewed on September 28, 2020 Love Dr. H! He always listens.
Reviewed on September 21, 2020 he's a great doctor, but trying to get an appointment to see his takes forever. The clinic is slow and some of the staff are very unfriendly. that's why I would hesitate to recommend to someone to become a patient.
